Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between you (“Client” or “You”) and Copier Repair Bakersfield (“We,” “Us,” or “Our”) regarding the provision of repair, maintenance, and related services for copiers, printers, and multifunction machines in the Bakersfield, California area.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By requesting, scheduling, or receiving any service from Copier Repair Bakersfield (via phone at 661-228-6038, email to sales@clearchoicetechnical.com, or through our website copierrepairbakersfield.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.
2. Service Scope and Commitment
Copier Repair Bakersfield is locally operated and provides expert onsite and remote technical services throughout the Bakersfield Metro area and Kern County.
- Service Guarantee: We guarantee our labor for a period of thirty (30) days from the service completion date. If the same issue recurs within this period, we will revisit the site at no additional labor charge. This guarantee does not cover new or unrelated failures, issues caused by user error, or failures caused by pre-existing conditions disclosed at the time of repair.
- Parts: All replacement parts utilized are either new, refurbished, or used certified parts. Warranties on parts are subject to the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) or supplier’s warranty period and terms.
3. Pricing, Estimates, and Billing
- Service Call Fee: A standard diagnostic service call fee may apply for onsite visits. This fee covers the technician’s travel and initial diagnosis time. This fee may be waived if the Client proceeds with the recommended repair service.
- Estimates: Any price estimates provided before an onsite visit are preliminary. The final repair cost will be determined by the technician after a full diagnosis of the equipment issue. The Client must approve the final service cost before any repair work is commenced.
- Payment: Payment for all services and parts is due immediately upon completion of the repair service, unless a prior credit agreement or maintenance contract is in place. We accept major credit cards, company checks, and other methods as specified by the technician or our billing department.
- Non-Payment: Failure to pay for services rendered may result in collection actions.
4. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
- Access: Provide safe, clear, and easy access to the equipment and adequate working space for our technician.
- Information: Provide accurate and complete information regarding the equipment model, serial number, and reported issue prior to the service visit.
- Data Backup: Be responsible for backing up all data, software, and settings on their devices prior to the technician commencing any repair work. Copier Repair Bakersfield is not liable for data loss.
5. Independent Contractor Status
Copier Repair Bakersfield and its technicians operate as independent contractors. While we are supported by the national network of Clear Choice Technical Services, all service contracts, billing, and direct liability for services rendered in Bakersfield are solely held by Copier Repair Bakersfield.
6. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service at any time if we deem the work environment unsafe, if the equipment is unrepairable, or if the Client breaches any of these Terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising from these Terms shall be filed exclusively in the courts located in Kern County, California.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. The “Effective Date” at the top of this page indicates when the latest revision took effect. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
